Is the initial call free?

Yes. The 30-minute store audit costs you nothing. We'll pull up your Shopify store, identify the biggest revenue leaks, and hand you 2-3 specific fixes you can implement today. Even if we never work together, that call will be worth your time.

How quickly can you get started?

If a spot is open: 7-10 business days after signing. If all 3 spots are filled: you'll wait until next month. We will not compress the onboarding process or assign your store to someone less experienced just to start sooner. The wait is worth it.

Do you work with stores outside Australia?

Absolutely. We work with Shopify stores selling into Australia, the US, UK, Canada, and New Zealand. Everything happens over Zoom and Slack. We've never had a timezone problem that a shared Google Doc couldn't solve.

What do I need to include in my message?

Your Shopify store URL. A rough idea of your monthly traffic. Whatever's frustrating you most right now. That's it. Three lines. Don't spend 20 minutes crafting a perfect message. Just hit send.

What if my store isn't a good fit?

We'll say so in our first reply. If your store is too new, traffic is too low, or you need services we don't offer, we'll explain exactly why and recommend an agency or freelancer who's a better match. We don't take money from stores we can't meaningfully help.
